El Bio is a Tunisian brand specializing in the manufacture and sale of organic and natural products.
We worked with the team on healthy eating mental models to make it the new normal (social norm), more appealing (individual drivers of food choice), and easy (removing psychological and practical barriers).
We increase sales by 8.9% and ads engagement rate by 13.7% using framing to communicate the benefits of consuming organic food on social media, packages, and stores, focusing on the individual, material, and social drivers.
Based on the principles of sunk cost fallacy, sacristy, and social proof, we Introduced a new delivery membership program with exclusive offers. The subscription system increased monthly revenue by 6.4%, as on average, members order 3 times more than regular recurring customers and try out new products 4 times more than non-members.
Ahkili is a teletherapy service offering counseling, accompaniment, and psychological support. Ahkili is the first psychological helpline developed in Tunisia and in Africa.
We developed interventions based on qualitative research, mini qualitative surveys, and behavioral literature review regarding mental health, teletherapy, and companies. The aim is to make mental health services more accessible.
For the mobile app, we prepared experimentations and behavioral design recommendations. We first started with user research based on the attitudinal and behavioral approaches. This research focused on the App Store, download, and install experiences. Then we conducted a behavioral diagnosis to reveal key behaviors on the app, their barriers, and drivers and built experimentations based on the findings.
EgyIT academy is a non-profit educational platform that offers open online courses and certifications specialized in information technology.
We first conducted qualitative research and behavioral diagnosis to explore the barriers and drivers of IT online education. Then we designed randomized controlled experiments to test our interventions.
Our interventions include removing unnecessary steps to reduce friction, rearranging the course list to avoid choice overload, using progress bars to guide a user’s behavior, and adding a planning tool to help students plan their learning sessions.
Using framing and endowment effect, one experiment increased the email campaign responsiveness (Call to action CTA / willingness to join the study program) by 17.2%.
